Exporting Programs to MacroFactor Workouts

This may be in the future but some higher quality videos would go a long way.

Buy or film a new exercise video library

Add instructions for each exercise. Perhaps write explanations for why each exercise is important, and update system prompt to explain why the exercise is important to the user for their program and them upon generation.

This will display a red highlight over an old version and green highlight over the new version. Will make it a lot easier for a user to visualise changes being made by the AI. It also will allow fine-grained control, by having Accept and Reject buttons on each individual change.

Currently, when you edit a program you have to Export it as a new program to Hevy. We want to offer this feature for the Pro+ tier so a user can just directly change their existing routines.

Edit existing Hevy Routines on the fly

This will allow a user to have many chats that get saved to their account. Meaning they can go back in time to a program, or work on multiple programs at once.

This is for people with injuries, tweaks or are lifting heavy. The agent should recommend warmup exercises for the user on a day to day basis.
